From the subway (T): If you are coming by subway, or "T", take the Red Line to the Downtown Crossing Station. Upon exiting the subway station walk towards Chinatown on Washington St. When you get to Kneeland Street take a left and then another Left onto Harrison Ave. The Sackler Building is 145 Harrison Ave.

From the West and Southwest via the Massachusetts Turnpike: exit at Kneeland Street.

From the Southeast via the Southeast Expressway: exit at Kneeland Street.

From the Northeast via Interstate 95 to Mystic-Tobin Bridge: take the Central Artery (Route 93) and exit at Kneeland Street.

From the North via Interstate 93: take the Central Artery (Route 93) and exit at Kneeland Street.

From the West and Northwest via Route 2: to Soldiers Field Road to Storrow Drive, exit at Arlington Street. Go six blocks to Stuart Street (Stuart becomes Kneeland).
