When Dave Bragg received his Master's Degree in Education from Tufts University in 1989, he never dreamed he would one day come back and play an integral role in the development of its employees. Yet, after 18 years of training experience, he brings a unique perspective to the classroom, enabling his students to grasp concepts in a very practical way. His love of learning and patient demeanor also combine to produce an ideal environment for students who need extra insight into a particular program or process. In each course, Dave encourages all participants to stretch their minds and imaginations, which creates a very exciting and interactive classroom environment.
Dave's specialty areas include Microsoft Access and Excel, database design, and Web development tools.

Dawn Irish joined Tufts in May 2000 and has been providing training leadership and development expertise to organizations from high-tech to higher education for the past sixteen years. In her role as Director, Communications and Organizational Effectiveness for University Information Technology (UIT), Dawn is responsible for working with UIT senior management and department staff to formulate and implement internal and external communications plans and community outreach initiatives and to improve organizational collaboration, effectiveness, and flexibility. She leads UIT's communication efforts surrounding new and existing IT products and services, oversees communication plans for all projects, markets technology events, and oversees the development and distribution of print and online promotional materials. In addition, Dawn partners with UIT senior management to define organization change projects that facilitate UIT's strategic and tactical plans, including assessing organization structure, culture, alignment and readiness, and by identifying barriers to implementation, and developing solutions that promote innovation and improve cross functional collaboration, communication and priority setting both within UIT and with the Tufts IT community.

Although Tina brings a diverse working and educational history to the task of Technical Writer, it is her 5 years as a Senior Support Analyst that have been most instrumental when developing technical documentation and training sessions for the FSP community.
A self-described geek, she says, "I love machines, especially PCs. What other profession would allow you to feel like a doctor, mechanic, zen master, and detective all in the same day? To be able to teach and write about them is a joy."
Tina's specialties include writing about Tufts-specific systems, customized installation instructions, and graphics applications. She is also the web mistress of several UIT web sites.

Collin Murphy holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University. While a student, Collin worked with Tufts Online for four years where he gained valuable customer service and computer troubleshooting experience. After graduating from Tufts, he found he just couldn't leave and Collin has now become the most recent addition to the UIT Training and Documentation Department . He hopes to bring both a unique skill set and perspective with him. His favorite books include The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. Carolyn's responsibilities include assisting UIT management in designing, implementing, and monitoring processes focused on quality assurance and improving organizational efficiency. Prior to coming to Tufts, she worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and the University System of New Hampshire. During her 22 years in the Finance Division, she managed the Financial Information Systems area. For more than 15 years, she has led a constituent group for User Services at EDCAUSE. She has been a member of the Tufts Parents Committee since 2004. She holds a B.A. in History from Westfield State College, a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University, and a certificate in Project Management and a M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College.
Carolyn's specialty areas include project management, business process improvement, and administrative systems implementations.
